About
The “Groupe des Belles Feuilles” (or GBF) was created in 1988 as a non-partisan and non-profit association of young professionals and students from France and other countries seeking to better understand the state of the European Union and its future.
The think-tank’s main activity is to organize a year-long training program for about thirty selected participants. It consists in Saturday morning sessions held once a month at the French Senate.
Organisation and functioning
The association is managed by an executive committee and supervised by a board. It is established under the French law of 1901 and is financed by membership fees and the regular support of the Fondation Hippocrène and other organizations. The association gathers around 100 active members.
